IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE / REAL ESTATE

Bring video into your property platform.

Connect property facts and approved media to a video workflow, then bring the finished result into your platform. A starting point for property products and brokerages.

From listing to video in three steps.

01 / YOUR PLATFORM

Prepare your listing

Keep listing facts and approved media in your application. Choose when to start video creation, and supply the inputs your selected API supports.

02 / VIDEO WORKFLOW

Create and review the video

Request video creation through your chosen API. Track progress, handle errors and review the result before publishing.

03 / YOUR EXPERIENCE

Publish through your product

Show the finished video in your product or pass it to your publishing tools. Video creation, publishing and message delivery are separate steps.

Choose the API for your workflow.

Video Production creates videos from prompts, scripts or articles. Engage API and MCP V1 connect authorized workspaces and fixed-video campaigns based on published templates. Adding recipient data does not change the rendered video in V1.

Commercial property inputs

Prepare verified property facts, approved images and an audience brief. Decide how to handle missing rent, availability or specification details, then review the video before sharing it.

Residential listing inputs

Use a stable listing ID, approved photos and verified property facts. Decide when an update should create a new video or replace the one shown in your application. Check the finished video against the listing.

Rental and seasonal inputs

Keep media, rates and seasonal details up to date for each property. Your application handles publishing to booking platforms, websites or messaging channels.

Check the workflow before rollout.

  • Who owns the listing, media permissions and source-data updates?
  • Which workspace, credential and API operations are enabled?
  • What happens when media is unavailable, data is missing or generation fails?
  • How does your application avoid duplicate requests and stale video results?
  • Who approves the output and controls the final publication destination?

Review workspace branding, template behavior and the experience customers will see. Discuss custom domains, SSO or an embedded editor with Shuffll as separate requirements.

Plan your property video integration.

Bring an example listing and tell us where the finished video should appear. We’ll help define the right API and white-label setup.
